Transactional leader is responsible for results completely. It is strange that transactional leader is slightly responsible for his deeds. The point is that how to become transactional leader. Transactional leaders may don't have moral level. It based on results. Surprisingly, people always transactional leaders in history, because they give results. Transactional leaders are executive leaders. No one can stop them and no one can raise objection on their work. Mostly people unlike transtional leaders. But surprisingly they want want to become transactional leaders in their life. Don't worry I am going to tell you all prospective of transactional leadership.

Personally, I don't bear transactional leadership. So, I can't make any suggestion. But, I want to become to leader of combination of transactional and transformational leadership. Your choice will be great.
